SHIPPING POLICY

Here’s how we deliver your flavour-filled orders to your doorstep:

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours from confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays)
  
• Cut-off time: 12:00 PM; orders placed after that or on holidays will process the next business day
  

Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  
• Tier-2 / other areas: 5-7 business days
  
• Remote/isolated regions: 7-10 business days or more

Shipping Charges & COD

• Free shipping on orders above ₹ 499
  
• Flat shipping fee for orders below the threshold
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an extra fee of ₹ 40
  
  

Address Accuracy

• Please provide full, accurate address details (pin-code, building/tower, phone number)
  
• If returned due to incomplete/incorrect address: you are liable for re-shipping or deductions in refund
  
• Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated
  
  

Tracking

• A tracking link + AWB number will be shared via email/SMS once the courier picks up your order
  
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
  
  

Serviceability

• We ship across India, but if pin code is unserviceable, we will cancel the order & refund
  
• We reserve the right not to ship to locations outside our courier network
  
  

Risk of Loss & Packaging

• We use food-grade packaging to ensure freshness and protection. Inspect on delivery for any tampering
